1. What is the delivery time?
Our delivery time is 8–12 business days.
Delays may occur during busy periods or due to customs.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.
3. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
After this time, the order may already be processed.
5. Can I return my order?
You can return unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. My tracking is not updating. What should I do?
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
If it still doesn’t update, contact us and we will check it for you.

• deliver to a pickup point,
